🚨 HIRING: Night Shift Virtual Assistant (Task-Based)


We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VA to help with invoice processing and data management.

🕒 Shift: 9:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PHT)/ 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PHT)

 💸Rate: $450 (during probation period of 2 months) -> will be $600 after 2 months of quality performance.

Tasks:
• Process EDI, Fintech, and Lynco invoices
• Use CStore Essentials for reconciliation
• Maintain and update records in Airtable
• Ensure accuracy and flag any discrepancies

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or invoicing
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar tools
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Own laptop or computer suitable for work

💻 Technical Requirements (good to have):
• Processor: Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
• RAM: 8GB minimum (16GB preferred)
• Storage: 256GB+ SSD
• OS: Windows 11 or latest macOS
• Internet: 25 Mbps+ stable connection

💻 Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with CStore Essentials
• Background in retail, POS, or fintech
